Detailed walkways, connected stairs, bolted steel joints, furnished programme rooms, tactile surfaces and original graphic artwork. No human models.

Includes FBX with textures, GLB with embedded PBR materials and packed Blender 5.1.2 studio and cinematic scenes. No gameplay, native engine project, authored collision or LODs. Amber transmission is retained in Blender/GLB; FBX/Unreal requires manual translucent material adjustment.
