Container Stack - Shipping Container Tower and Pop-up Plaza

Container Stack is an architectural mini world: a teetering tower of painted shipping containers piled round a sticker-bombed pylon, above a pop-up plaza of red containers opened up as shops, with a giant inflatable bear in front of a flower mural.

It features twenty ribbed ISO containers in eight colours stacked five high and skewed off the grid, with locking-bar doors, corner castings, stencil livery and neon script; a tall pylon plastered in stickers with a red neon crown and a glass tip; a cyan glass shaft; a red scaffold stair tower, chains and rooftop AC; a lattice power pylon with sagging cables; seven red pop-up containers, three opened as lit shops with stocked shelving and one bridging two others; a psychedelic flower mural hall; a nine-metre inflatable bear in sunglasses and a plaster statue; street lamps, benches, barrels, crates, bollards, a floodlight mast, a barrier, a skateboard, bin-bag heaps, planters and trees; walking and standing scale figures (all brands invented).
